Jeff Wilmoth

With over thirty years of proven service operations and client relations skills, Jeff is a proven leader. He is passionate about understanding the value of relationships in the business environment and knows that one of the keys to success for any business is creating strong leaders with the ability to think outside of their own areas of purview. He is a strategic thinker with a focus on results-based management.

Jeff understands that success requires action and action requires resources. He believes that providing those resources to everyone regardless of their social background benefits not only the individual but our community. He has volunteered for other non-profits in the area and desires to make a difference in his community through action.

Fun Fact:  Jeff is a United States Marine veteran with three daughters and three grandchildren. He loves outdoor activities, history, live music, and the local eateries in town.

Dr. Michelle Montague-Mfuni

Michelle is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Richmond.  She lived in South Africa for 21 years as a working professional after receiving her MBA.  Her last corporate employment was as a Senior Manager in the Strategy Division at Ernst & Young Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2016.

Michelle has also worked as the Chief Investment Officer for a Black Economic Empowered private equity house investing in construction materials, mining, industrial, and property in South Africa.  There, she utilized her 12-plus years of management consulting background coupled with her significant financial services background to help her investee companies develop and achieve their strategic and financial objectives.  

Michelle studies international business in an African context, examining multinational corporations and international entrepreneurs.  She has a strong interest in corporate shared value responsibilities intertwined with strategic decisions.

Michelle's interests in International Business Strategy include multi-national corporations (home vs. host country strategies; corporate social responsibility); international entrepreneurship; emerging markets (international joint ventures and collaborations; and international trade and investment.

Fun Fact:  Michelle went to Harvard University, and brainwashed (insert chuckle) her sons to do so, too!  Additionally, on a fun note, she is from San Diego, and her favorite activity as a teenager was beach roller skating.

Billy Johnston

Billy Johnston is a Vice President of Village Bank, headquartered in Midlothian, VA. Billy has previous experience as a CPA, Controller, CFO, and President of a printing company for 10 years. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he settled in Midlothian, VA, and he has been a resident for nearly 40 years!

Fun Fact:  He has 8 kids!!!  Three of whom also graduated from Virginia Tech and one got away to become an Arkansas Razorback.  He has 4 more entering college in the next 5 years, so he may have more Hokies.  We'll see!

Joe Romello

What does Joe know?  Let's just say he is a human data center.  However, he isn't afraid to admit what he doesn't know and then find the resources or people to fill the gap.  For decades, In the Know Joe has delivered successful business transformation, as a CxO, advisor, and consultant, as well as led both sides of the M&A table. In the Know Joe enacts the same business transformation principles, building consensus, teams, and shared views, to large organizations, as he did with Michaels Craft Stores and Harbor Freight Tools, and small organizations.  

In 2022, Joe helped MPWRPeople's founder, Tiffany Joy Greene, M.B.A., launch MPWRPeople.  Joe sees and understands the growing need for education and connection for nonprofit and micro and small business leaders, and he is passionate about helping MPWRPeople empower leaders. 

He has co-authored a number of books with Tiffany Joy Greene, M.B.A., including the Foundations of Business Consulting, Brand Strategy Guide, and Brand Strategy Workbook.

The power source for the United States, half of Mexico, and definitely all of Canada. She makes the Energizer Bunny look lazy and runs circles around Barry Allen. Fueled by coffee and maple syrup, all Manic Maple does is win because she does not quit. For over two decades, Manic Maple has helped various organizations and entrepreneurs launch and grow successful businesses, nonprofits, programs, products, and services.  Manic Maple, a leader, entrepreneur (founder of MPWRSource), author, educator, speaker, founder, and consultant, helps organizations with strategic planning, business and management consulting, brand strategy, market planning, and communication planning.  However, Manic Maple prioritizes action, and she helps those she works with make sure that the strategies and plans that are created are transformed into results that drive purpose.   Manic Maple passionately believes that inclusive education and connections develop purpose-driven for-profit and nonprofit leaders that empower the people, organizations, and communities they serve.  This belief drove her to find MPWRPeople.

She is a published author, and her books can be found on Amazon.  Recently, she co-authored Foundations of Business Consulting, Brand Strategy Guide, and Brand Strategy Workbook with Joe Romello.  Additionally, she has co-authored Lead Self - The Foundation of Empowering Leadership with Kaisha McCrea and Joe Romello.

Manic Maple holds two bachelor's degrees, a master's degree in business administration, a Core Four Business Planning Course License®, and a variety of HubSpot certifications.  She chairs the Chesterfield Chamber's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Acceleration subcommittee, and is a member of the Chesterfield Chamber, American Marketing Association, and Metropolitan Business League.

Manic Maple resides in Chesterfield, Virginia, with her husband, Tim Quintavalle, daughter, son, and fur baby Yorkie.

Fun Fact:  Judging by her nickname, Manic Maple, you have probably reached an accurate conclusion that she is, in fact, American and Canadian.  However, what you may not have known about Manic Maple is that she loves music.  In fact, she enjoys playing her violin in her spare time, especially classical music, and, to relieve stress, she has been known to pick up her golden microphone and partake in some at-home karaoke.  God bless her family!
